REVIEW: Benefit Rockateur Blush

I just recently bought a new blush from Benefit and it is their rockateur blush. I was really afraid that the color might be the same as Nars orgasm or Sleek's rose gold. I was mistaken by that as you cn see the color here is different while nars is more on the pink with a light gold shimmer in it and sleeks rose gold is more on gold shimmer rather than the pink. Rockateur is really different the shimmer is really subtle and it is not that pink.

It's a really nice color since it is less pink and more on rosy in color. This blush gives me a natural glow without looking overdone. Its color is really long lasting and with the summer just around the corner I would probably use this EVERY DAY.

REVIEW: Charm Retractable Blush Brish

So I've been usig this brush for about twp weeks now and i find that i still reach for my eco tools blush brush more. The good thing about this brush is that it is retractable and it's really soft. The down side of this brush is i need a lot more product than my regular brush. I usully pat on my blush on the apples of my cheeks but with this brush i really need to sweep it on to my cheeks and I find it hader to control the amount of blush i place.
Out of the local branded brush that I've used, i woukd not return to use is brush. It's too hard to control and it uses up a lot of products. It's too soft to pick up products properly and that it takes quite a while to get used to it. The quality looks goood but that really does not do anything for me

Lastly, I forgot to take a picture of the MAC Huggable Lipcolor that I bought the other day!

Until next time,

January Favorites

1. Nars Deep Throat Blush
The name of this blush is really weird but I really love this. It has a really light pink color and if you apply it it looks like you're glowing, The consistency is really nice. A small amount does a long way and for fair skin, it looks really nice. I spent the whole month just using this blush after not using it for a while. The one thing that I don't like about Nars product is that the packaging looks horrible after a while since I usually bring some makeup with me on the way to the office or if I'm going out with my friends. It started to look all gross and stuff. Packaging aside, you should really try this.

2. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder in Ebony
After hearing about this product from Missglmorazzi, I decided to buy this online and I fell in love with it. It is the right shade for my brows. It's not too brown that it looks fake but the shade of grey in it makes it look more natural. Excuse me since I have very sparse brows, I need to use a ton of product for my brows. I actually bought this on a whim but this must be one of my best purchase EVER. I just hope that they open a store here so that I can actually try more of their products.

3. Lush Celebrate Body Lotion
I love the way this smells a bit citrusy but not so over powering and it is not that sticky pair it with Benefits silk and Seductive Body Oil Mist. It makes your skin super moisturized and not too dry. I really love thios combo together since I am in an air conditioned room for most of the day from office until I go to bed so i always use this two together to make my skin super moisturized.

4. Marc Jacocbs Daisy Eau So Fresh
I just love the scent of this perfume. It's light fresh. It does not make me want to puke at the smell since I find that most perfumes that are florally scented a bit too heavy but not this one. Itnwas really worth it!

I will try to upload some of the pics tonight so watch out for it!
